ROBOTIC HOSPITALITY ロボティック・ホスピタリティ

Hospitality
that runs
itself.

Hanoru turns a spare corner of your property into around-the-clock revenue — a robotic barista that needs no staff, fits in under 4 m², and becomes the corner guests stop to film. We install it, stock it, and run it — you host it and collect the upside.

How it works

03

From a corner of your floor to a working robotic café — three steps, none of them yours to run.

01

We pick the spot together.

Walk the floor with us: an atrium corner, the lobby, the dead space by the lifts. Hanoru needs under 4 m² and a standard socket — we map your footfall and agree the corner where it earns most.

02

Installed for you, overnight.

The booth arrives pre-built and rolls in after closing. Power, calibration, and first stocking are all done before doors open — no build-out, no closed corridor, nothing for your team to manage.

03

Your guests get the show.

From the first morning there's a robot pouring flawless drinks in your building. Guests stop, watch, film, and share it — a hospitality exhibit that's open every hour you are.

The arm

A precision robotic arm trained on real barista technique — grind, pour, serve, repeat, perfectly.

The memory

Hanoru recognizes returning guests (opt-in) and recalls their order. Hospitality, not just automation.

The brain

Live telemetry, automatic restock alerts, and remote diagnostics keep uptime near-perfect without anyone on site.

The standard

Fully enclosed, food-safe preparation — untouched by human hands from bean to cup.

About Hanoru

06

Hanoru (ハノル) builds robotic hospitality — baristas and vending machines that don't just serve, they remember. We started with one belief: automation should feel warmer, not colder.
